• No returns are accepted once the product is delivered.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are provided only if the order is cancelled by Ragha Collections due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or order verification issues.
• In such cases, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

3. Payment & Pricing Policy

• All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST and applicable taxes.

• In case of pricing or typographical errors, Ragha Collections reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos.
• For damaged or incorrect product, the parcel opening video is a must ,displaying the incorrect item or the damaged portion of the product
• We will investigate and resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
